How It Works:
1️⃣ Take 5 or more photos of your product in its intended space (e.g., home, office, etc.).
2️⃣ Ensure your photos meet the quality standards listed below.
3️⃣ Submit your photos via email, Facebook, or text message within 30 days of delivery.
4️⃣ After review and approval, we’ll mail your $10 prepaid Visa gift card within 30 days!
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- Open to clients who purchase a product from Duty Bound Woodworks on or after 10/23/2024.
- Photos must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.
Photo Requirements
- Intended Setting:
- Photos must show the product clearly displayed and staged for its purpose.
- Examples:
- A bookshelf should include books or decorative items neatly arranged.
- A kitchen island might feature utensils, a fruit bowl, or a decorative centerpiece.
- Veggie bins should be placed on a countertop with fruits or vegetables inside.
- Simply placing an item in an inappropriate location (e.g., a flag on the floor) will not qualify.
- Quality Standards:
- Photos must be well-lit to highlight product details, avoiding shadows or glare.
- Images must be in focus and clear—blurry or grainy photos won’t be accepted.
- Capture multiple angles to showcase the craftsmanship and design.
- Content Restrictions:
- Photos should not include personally identifiable information (e.g., visible addresses, phone numbers).
- Duty Bound Woodworks reserves the right to determine if photos meet these criteria.
Submission Process
- Submit photos using one of the following methods:
- If your photos do not meet the program’s requirements:
- Duty Bound Woodworks will provide one written or verbal explanation of the necessary changes or improvements to help your photos qualify.
Photo Rights and Liability
- Grant of Rights:
By submitting photos, you grant Duty Bound Woodworks the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and share the photos for any purpose, including marketing and advertising, without compensation or prior notification.
- Release of Liability:
By participating, you waive any claims against Duty Bound Woodworks, its owners, employees, or affiliates for any use of the photos, including claims related to copyright, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. You also waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of your photos.
Gift Card Distribution
- Gift cards will be mailed 30 days after photo approval.
- A valid mailing address must be provided to receive the gift card.
Program Limitations
- Duty Bound Woodworks reserves the right to disqualify submissions that do not meet program criteria or photo requirements.
- The program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
