Custom and Furniture Orders:
- All custom and furniture orders are considered final and non-refundable once the order is placed.
- Prior to production, we collaborate closely with our customers to confirm all details, ensuring that the final product aligns with their expectations.
- Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable. Once the deposit is received, it secures your order and allows us to begin the production process.
Non-Custom or Production Pieces:
- Non-custom or production pieces are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of the original order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dutyboundwoodworks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, ensuring it can be resold. This includes packaging and any accompanying documentation.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Important Notes:
- Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
- Custom and furniture orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at dutyboundwoodworks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to address provided with your RA number.
